The hotel was very neat and tidy with comfortable rooms that included tea and coffee facilities but could do with better cleaning, especially in corners and the bedside table. The service, while extremely helpful and friendly, had a minor privacy issue with a cart placed in front of our apartment. The location, close to Jetty Road and with off-street parking, was convenient, although being on the top floor without a lift was a downside. Dining offered a simple yet delicious experience, allowing flexibility in timing of meals. The price per night was $160, and the overall value for money was good.
